Got to the 201 South Buena Vista office of California Laboratory Associates to have blood drawn at 7am. Had to fast. Was second person in line. 45 minutes later the waiting area is filled with people staring at each wondering "WTF?" and they've yet to call my name. Had to leave for work without getting my blood test. They get two stars only because Alex on their Customer Care line was nice and seemed genuinely unhappy that I had that experience and assured me I should not have had to wait more than fifteen minutes, even thou... read more
