Brett and CL3 did a phenomenal job. They managed our house in Wicker Park for years -- they found great tenants, managed contractors when the house needed work, and all around took care of the property so we didn't need to think about it. When the time came to sell they were the logical choice, and CL3 went above and beyond in getting the house ready to sell and remediating issues demanded by the buyer. A+ company to work with.
We’re current tenants at a property managed by CL3 properties. We were assured that the pervious tenants would clean the apartment before we moved in. But upon arrival we saw the apartment dirty and messy and we requested the management to provide us with cleaners to clean the property so that we can complete our move in but we were told to do it ourselves. They don’t respond to us unless we have something which is alarming!
Brett and the CL3 team are reliable and trustworthy partners who make the process of both buying and selling stress free and smooth. Having bought two properties and sold three with CL3 Property, I can attest to the incredible value they add from years of experience, industry knowledge and just all around being great people.
