Unit is always cold, office never answers their phone and tenants are lazy, dirty and inconsiderate. Rent is way too high!
A 5 star operation! Fantastic team you can really rely you! We have been working together for 6 years now and I can only say nice things about CL3. Highly recommended!
Brett and John managed my rental property for over 13 years. They took care of everything from finding tenants to dealing with condo association requirements. I'm based in London but this was never a problem - they would always get in touch with any issues or updates. If I had any concerns, Brett and John would address them promptly. When it was time for me to sell, Brett helped to find the right buyer. Being so far away from Chicago, it was great knowing that I could rely on CL3!
CL3 have managed our Chicago property now for many years and have been great. Very responsive and immediately follow up on issues. Being based in Australia it’s great to have a team that we can rely on!
As a tenant, I absolutely do not recommend renting from a building managed by CL3. I’ve had multiple packages stolen and the complete lack of help I’ve received and slow responses to my emails has been extremely disappointing. They have offered zero solutions, and rejected the many options I have proposed. Not only have they been extremely unhelpful in dealing with the safety and security of the building, but they’ve tried to debate with me on multiple occasions when I submitted maintenance requests.
