Husband came in to get a belt. The one they gave him didn't fit our mower, so he brought it back. The lady behind the counter looked up the part for the mower again and said that they sold my husband the wrong one and didn't understand why this was the one given to my husband. She exchanged it for him free of charge. When he went to leave, a man chased him and my son out of the store asking him if he was going to pay for the belt he just walked out with. Lack of communication. Didn’t give a specific time he would be at my address to work on my mower. Shows up when nobody is home, but told him one of my siblings would be there shortly. He leaves and doesn’t give a notice or anything. I have called/texted and have received no response.
Bought a 2 years off the floor commercial mower and was sold as is with no manual or anything. 3 weeks later the mower quit completely, had to put a new fuel injector and the owner Curtis told me it was covered under warranty, them a month later after 30 Day warranty had run out the wire harness went bad. They replaced that too under factory warranty. The cub cadet customer team said the motor should be covered under warranty for 3 years coming directly from the dealership.
