Wonderful competent people - Impressive team!
Price gouging is a good description for starters! I was told over 200.00 emergency call and 50 percent more for parts on Sunday. I will call this dishonest and price gouging!!! But not what I was told when I was persuaded to join thier "customer loyalty program" 2 yrs in on a newer unit. I was told i wood be discounted and serviced in an emergency! I am very pleased with the service I have received from this company thus far. We gotta brand new air conditioner and on the day of installation it was over 95 degrees. Although the techs had a blow out on their trailer first thing in the morning causing them a late start they stayed till it was installed which was much appreciated given the heat. They were respectful and apologetic for it taking well into the evening to install. Over all fantastic experience and I have a nice cool home!
