Stephen was very courteous & called before he arrived to give me an ETA. He was very thorough with the service call to ensure the furnace was in good shape. He was professional, knowledgeable & answered all of my questions.
C&L Services came out to our house to check a water heater under our house when the reset was tripped because when they put it in they bent it and it looked like a few years ago as it looked like and it finally just started to leaked down and tripped the reset button. It looked like it had been bent a while and it just started leaking. The first guy had no idea how to fix it and I told him that was the issue. He did blow water up our drain line under our house to the heat pump and got water in our duct system saying it might... read more
