Good company all the technicians are courteous and professional. The office personnel are also courteous and helpful.
I just saw your reply, and I did not cuss. After 4 calls and you still couldn’t see what the problem was, that’s just incompetence. You treated me like a stupid old woman. What I didn’t tell you is I went to electrical and plumbing school and built houses for 20 years. I never put in. An electric furnace, they were always the less efficient than gas furnaces.
