I purchased a toilet from Debbie and was happy with the product even though the price changed a few times. I then called to order a sink. She said she would call me back with information. I called again and was told she had other things to do and would get back me . I never heard from her. Very disappointed
Let me start by saying that I rarely write a positive review for anyone, but these guys deserve it. Having recently purchased a house in the neighborhood, my bathroom needed some updating. I hired a contractor and ran into world of troubles. Ended up firing the guy and decided to do things myself. C and L is my local plumbing store and choose them (even though the others are closer) primarily due to customer service. Besides customer service C and L is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and even give you ideas to fix mess up... read more
