I give this place 4 stars because of ROSE (one of the girls there). She is very detailed and quiet, she just lets you relax while she does your nails and they turn out perfect every single time. The owner, is the reason i'm not giving the place 5 stars that Rose deserves. The owner is a bit rude, she will make phone call on her cell while doing client's nails, outbound calls, not inbound business line.
