I had the worst experience both times I went. It was two different ladies both times I went, they cut my skin even tho I told them to be careful with the Sharp tool. Second time I went I repeatedly told the nail tech to add extension to only 2 of my nails to match the length of the rest of my nails. She kept saying ok as if she understood and continued doing my nails without adding extension. I still repeated myself. She did not understand. She had to then redo everything from the start. When I checked the Google reviews, this salon looked pretty good, but my first experience here was really disappointing. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. First, the girl doing my nails didn’t even cut or trim them. When I asked her if she had cut my nails, she said, Your nails are short. Yes, my nails were short, but they were not even in a straight line. At the very least, she should have shaped them properly. Only after I pointed it out she did shape them.
