I scheduled an appointment for my system to be cleaned so he came out to take a look with no ladder but looked from the next-door neighbor buildings staircase. I thought he would of came with a company vehicle. They gave us a quote that was acceptable along with putting down the company we used before as if they could do better. Day before service they called to confirm but did not show nor call the day of service.
