Exteriors and Renovation completely re-sided our house - it looks beautiful
We had a very positive experience with Manny and his team. We needed a new roof installation, and the process was quick, the pricing very competitive, and his team was FAST, they completed the work in one day. From the start, communication with Manny and his office staff was clear and they were very responsive. The actual siding work was well done, but the communication from the person scheduling and managing the crew (apparently remotely) was rude, sparse, stressful, and ineffective. It seems there was also a communication breakdown between the person who came out and did our estimate when we talked about what we needed done, and this scheduling/managing person, and this breakdown impacted our builder's prep work and resulted in significant delays and change orders. Outstanding job, the crew were very nice and the materials were top notch. Manny and Michelle have a terrific crew. The final invoice was exactly as agreed upon from the start refreshingly without extra sales pitches or hidden fees. We will be using this company again soon for more projects.
I received 7 different quotes to have vinyl siding installed on my 3-story house and separate 2000 sf shop. Exteriors & Renovation was prompt, courteous and came in very reasonably priced. They were not the cheapest (which is not always the best deal) and they were certainly not the most expensive. The siding they offer is good quality and has a decent warranty and reviews.
