hired this roofing contractor based on their online reviews, but my experience was terrible. The crew arrived late every day, worked inconsistently, and left nails and debris all over my property. After the job, I noticed water leaks and poor alignment of shingles. Customer service was dismissive when I raised concerns.
I regret hiring this contractor. Communication was terrible—they rarely answered calls or emails. The roof work itself was poor quality, with uneven shingles and improper sealing. Cleanup after the job was nonexistent, leaving nails and debris scattered around my yard. Definitely not worth the money.
This company ruined what should have been a simple roofing project. Workers were inexperienced, seemed rushed, and caused damage to my gutters. The project took longer than promised, and I constantly had to chase them for updates. Extremely frustrating experience.
We are completely happy with a combination shingle and standing seam installation on my home in Plattsburgh NY. The wok was performed as agreed to in scope of work and timing. The workers were very courteous and worked hard completing the entire project in 4.5 days. I highly recommend this company.
We had a great overall experience with Exteriors and Renovations. Our roof is well done and looks great. Manny was one of the few contractors to respond when we had a weekend emergency with our roof ahead of serious thunderstorms.
