The actual siding work was well done, but the communication from the person scheduling and managing the crew (apparently remotely) was rude, sparse, stressful, and ineffective. It seems there was also a communication breakdown between the person who came out and did our estimate when we talked about what we needed done, and this scheduling/managing person, and this breakdown impacted our builder's prep work and resulted in significant delays and change orders. Outstanding job, the crew were very nice and the materials were top notch. Manny and Michelle have a terrific crew. The final invoice was exactly as agreed upon from the start refreshingly without extra sales pitches or hidden fees. We will be using this company again soon for more projects.
I received 7 different quotes to have vinyl siding installed on my 3-story house and separate 2000 sf shop. Exteriors & Renovation was prompt, courteous and came in very reasonably priced. They were not the cheapest (which is not always the best deal) and they were certainly not the most expensive. The siding they offer is good quality and has a decent warranty and reviews. We are completely happy with a combination shingle and standing seam installation on my home in Plattsburgh NY. The work was performed as agreed to in scope of work and timing. The workers were very courteous and worked hard completing the entire project in 4.5 days. I highly recommend this company.
hired this roofing contractor based on their online reviews, but my experience was terrible. The crew arrived late every day, worked inconsistently, and left nails and debris all over my property. After the job, I noticed water leaks and poor alignment of shingles. Customer service was dismissive when I raised concerns.
