I contacted them to do a specific job, but when Manny came to look at it, he suggested a much better solution. They did an excellent job, and ended up saving me money.
I dont usually write reviews, but I felt I needed to for what Manny and his team did for me! I was looking to have my siding and gutters replaced. I got a great vibe from him right away. He advised me not to replace the gutter because the ones we have now are very nice and just need to be cleaned up, and his team could do that. Was really nice of him. Exterior’s & Renovation replaced the shingles on our house. They held to the schedule starting and completing the work as planned on budget. The work crew was professional and mindful application details and a clean up at the end of each day.
This guy is a cheat, he hires subcontractors and doesn't like to pay, besides the fact that he owes us, there are many more people who owe him, that's unfair, what he does, he makes work, he collects the money and doesn't want to pay what is owed to us, he owes us more than 7 thousand dollars for a job, he blocked our calls so he wouldn't answer, cheater pays
