For a studded out wall approximately 50 linear foot, the quote was in the $24,000.00. Just to stud out a wall. 2x4s are $10 each. If you even used a 100, that would only be $1,000.00. Guess labor and nails was going to cost $23,000.00. Either they did not want our business and quoted outrageous price, or they thought we had a million dollar property, but in essence was a double car garage we are wanting to convert to bedroom/suite. We recently completed a remodel with C&L and want to share our amazing experience with this group. To begin, we purchased a home and wanted to do a remodel before moving in. I highly recommend C&L Construction. Phil was wonderful to work with and so was our site supervisor Richard. My wife and I had our forever home here in Maryville built by C&L and I am very pleased how everything turned out. Yes, there might have been a few bumps in the process, but they were quick to have a solution and fix any problems.

I’ve used the company 3 times for 4 different projects in 2 different houses. I’m a repeat customer because of the quality of their work and their people.
