Absolutely horrible property management company! This company is currently “managing” the complex where I live (HPCH) and the Property Manager is a joke. For instance today, 4/30/2019 we had an emergency onsite where all the fire alarms were going off in the entire building. This happened for approximately two and half hours. I'm a homeowner at Harbour Place City Homes we pay A LOT in annual fees for your company to BETTER the property. I'm sure we can do better than this. Please see attached photos. There are more photos i'm able to share; however, i'm giving you due diligence to correct these issues immediately.
