Love this place, everyone is friendly, fun and they get you pumped up to be here. My daughter started classes and loves it so much she encouraged me to join, I cant say enough great things about CKS Training. The instructors get you moving, get you fit and make it an enjoyable experience to keep coming back. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their body in shape.
