We at CK's believe our business should be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We recycle everything: metals, glass, and paper, cardboard. Our used cooking oil goes to the local science teacher for his bio-fuel car. The vegetable scraps become compost for our garden; our paper products are made from wheat or recycled paper. 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels and solar hot water is on the way soon.
