CK's did a total line replacement from meter to house for me and did a fantastic job. The crew clearly communicated the process and were very thorough throughout. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs, it's not the first time I've used them. They've done great on every job I've hired them for.
Found out about CK's through Reddit and they had helped identify the possible source of water spot in a first floor room in a multi-storey. Five stars for the intial visit - communication, timing and pricing. Had a separate issue with a jammed valve going into a toilet and was charged $350 for a job that took less than 5 minutes and a $10 part. Chris and Charlie replaced our 16-year-old water heater quickly and efficiently and the price was reasonable. They were able to replace it same-day, which was helpful.
We’ve used CK plumbing 4-5 times and every experience has been great. In one particular case we had an after hours call and the owner showed up at 9 pm, was very pleasant and helped us solve our ceiling leak. I’d say we’ve finally found a plumbing company we trust!
Chris and Charlie were extremely helpful. They replaced my water heater the same day I called. They were very informative and professional. It was about as smooth of a process that i could hope for. Overall, my expectations were exceeded.
