YES! CKR is now licensed in OH. I built a warehouse using their services some years ago, and just found myself in a bad spot after hiring a dud of an engineer. Looked them up and did not see OH on their service states. But Maybe! Just maybe! So I called. Chad answered (the same guy who did our work last time), and let me know he just got licensed in OH! They sure don't return phone calls promptly nor do they communicate well at all
