Super happy with the quick response from CKP Heating & Cooling to get my furnace fixed. Called Monday and they were out the next morning, Thanks Rachel! Jaidon was super nice and communicated everything that needed to be done. Thanks to Fred Motz for the referral. Nice to know CKP appreciates all their customers! Everyone is so nice and professional at CKP!
Overall it's an ok company. Most the people are decent. But except a man named Fred he is so unprofessional and rude for a boss. He likes to scream and yell vulgar words in people's faces when they have done nothing worng. They also said I would get a call from the owner never received a call. I'm a 21 year old i not super big and to have a grown man double maybe triple your size screaming in your face is scary. I'm not mad about any it. I just wanna let people know that.
