This is my first time taking kickboxing and it was a lot of fun and very thorough lesson for the first day! I havent properly exercised in years so it was a bit tough, i had to pause to catch my breathe a few times but Asha was extremely kind and understanding with me! I've been coming this gym since January with a mindset of "I could never do this" and my lifestyle was sedentary. Asha called me, worked her magic and I was hooked on the first class. It's now May, my confidence and fitness level has sky rocketed and I'm proud to belong to this gym family. Tony, Joe, Jimesa, Jennifer are amazing coaches. Because when I contacted CKO SouthBay about this issue, the person I was talking to opted to stop responding and providing any solutions, despite the fact that I had submitted multiple pieces of documentation.
