Been going here for the last 4 years. As an old guy, my doctor said that I am fat and ugly. After going to CKO twice every week, I proved to my doctor that I am not fat! I sleep better and drink wine guilt free. I enjoy throwing hands and kicking hard with the loud energetic music playing in the background. They do have a Muay Thai class to teach proper technique but who needs technique when you have midlife angst. The hardest part is getting to class; but once you're there, there are no regrets.
I have been here for almost a year and I don’t regret it. I have been hesitant to join earlier since I never did this type of training before and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I now see it as a second home.
Love this place, the community, and all the trainers! They have been such a gift and the owners are incredible.
I've been coming here since late January of this year and love it! The classes are great workouts and I always leave tired and full of sweat. I came with no kickboxing experience but it didn't matter because the instructors are super helpful and help you along the way. They also do a great job at mixing the classes up so they're never the same. Cheryl, the owner, is very easy to talk to and always makes herself available to all customers. Highly recommend!
