I was looking for a kickboxing place for a while that would be more than just the shadow boxing cardio glasses at a gym, and since I found CKO Kickboxing I have been in love! Recently moved away and realize how great this place is now that Im gone. The6 have High energy workouts. Experienced instructors with positive attitudes. Friendly members and staff. I highly recommend trying this place.
