I have been going here for over a year now, I love the wide selection of classes and class times, all the instructors are amazing and will help you get into the best shape of your life. Absolute best way to get out your rage!! Thank you guys!!
Truly the best place to workout! The instructors are the best and cater to all fitness levels and ages. I love them all but attend mostly Christina’s classes and she kills it every single class. Thanks for being such a great fitness community. Love my CKO Newton.
Best gym in Sussex County! CKO is not just a gym; it is a place where you can grow and learn! Whether you are a beginner or an advanced, you can go at your own pace, and it is a judgment-free zone! This is more than just a gym; it is a family atmosphere where we all push one another out of our comfort zones, all while having lots of laughs and fun and building lots of memories from inside the gym to outside of classes! Great gym! Friendly and talented owner and teachers. The other attendees were also friendly. I have been training MMA sparring for years and will say this is one of the best workouts I've ever gotten, though it's a no contact fitness gym. You get out what you put in, and they give you every opportunity to leave a pound or two of sweat lighter, LOL
Love this place! The owner is so welcoming and encouraging. If you're even a little bit interested in kickboxing, this is the place to start.
