Wonderful! Excellent instructors, spotlessly clean and welcoming group classes. I did the triple-play pass and tried three different instructors, they all had their own style and I got a great workout. Can’t wait to go back.

Best gym in Sussex County! CKO is not just a gym; it is a place where you can grow and learn! Whether you are a beginner or an advanced, you can go at your own pace, and it is a judgment-free zone!
