Love this place! The owner is so welcoming and encouraging. If you're even a little bit interested in kickboxing, this is the place to start.

I just started over at CKO in Newton and I’m loving it ! I’ve been wanting to try kickboxing for so long and I love the style of the classes. It’s all based on you and what you can give that way, I love that it can be a competition against yourself. Bryan is very accommodating and set me up for the rest of the summer! Love it here:)
