I can’t say enough good things about CKO Kickboxing Londonderry. I recently hit my 1,000th class in just 3½ years, and I still can’t believe it. Walking into CKO Kickboxing for my very first class, I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and respected.The instructors are incredibly professional and patient. Uses nice people to help you believe they are the family fountain of youth. “CKO Londonderry is like the Fountain of Youth! However, they’re business like any other. It is very expensive and most of the time you were there you’re asking them not to try to sell you more things. if you get into a tight spot they’ll offer you nothing but a shoulder. the members are cool, but it is a business. Go to a different gym and call your friends.
