Yalll ... The first class was amazing.. from the warm up to the kool down was a great pace not too hard if you've never tried kick boxing before, instructor very detail and in depth as well. Was a great class.. ps the kids love it, too. Still the best 👌
Highly recommend CKO! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Every class is a challenging but fun experience. 11 out of 10!

Awesome class that keeps your heart pounding. Very cool and patient instructor too! I work out during the week but nothing comes close to the Sunday workout kickboxing class. I highly recommend!
I have been working out at CKO for a while now I love love the classes very good work out and FUN!!! I am 69 years young and it keeps me in Shape I attend 4 days a week,,, Seniors our Insurance will pay some of them,I have Renu Active United Healthcare so come Join Us!!!
