On a whim I signed up for my first ever kickboxing class at CKO and feel in love immediately. Not only is it a great workout, but the trainers and members are welcoming and supportive to all, including new comers. Best group fitness gym I’ve ever been to. 11/10 recommend!
Moved to GR about 3 years ago and I used to box a lot before I moved here. I really like CKO for the community it provides and the workouts. I wasn't sure about the kicking portion but have found that it has really helped with my hips and knees so that I don't need to do PT as much. I really recommend trying them out!!
I have been going to CKO for years now, and it is one of the best fitness studios I have been apart of! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and each brings a different style and class layout that appeals to all levels of fitness. The gym is also very clean and well managed….and above all, an extremely closely knit community that is so welcoming!
My favorite place to workout! I always feel the best when I’m here 🤩 all the instructors are amazing. I highly recommend!!
I lived in GR for 5 years from 2018-2023 and just came back for one more summer to work. I started with CKO in GR the last 3 years I was living there and then had to go back for the 6 weeks I was back! I took my lacrosse team for some team workouts and that was such a fun experience for all of us & then I became a member myself because I immediately loved it.
