Moved to GR about 3 years ago and I used to box a lot before I moved here. I really like CKO for the community it provides and the workouts. I wasn't sure about the kicking portion but have found that it has really helped with my hips and knees so that I don't need to do PT as much. I really recommend trying them out!!
I have been going to CKO for years now, and it is one of the best fitness studios I have been apart of! The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and each brings a different style and class layout that appeals to all levels of fitness. The gym is also very clean and well managed….and above all, an extremely closely knit community that is so welcoming!

I lived in GR for 5 years from 2018-2023 and just came back for one more summer to work. I started with CKO in GR the last 3 years I was living there and then had to go back for the 6 weeks I was back! I took my lacrosse team for some team workouts and that was such a fun experience for all of us & then I became a member myself because I immediately loved it. I've been a member since CKO Opened 8 years ago. It is always a great workout. Every trainer offers a variety of moves and combos. The schedule has tons of options from early morning, afternoon and evening along with weekend classes. Best value and investment in me that I've ever made. 🥊
