One of the BEST fitness gym in the New Jersey and perhaps the country. If you are serious about changing your health and lifestyle, this is the place to go. The trainers are well educated and trained on the technicalities of fitness and will push you towards achieving your goal. Highly recommend
I feel lucky finding this place. I’ve been doing strength training and combative sports most of my life. I joined CKO to build up functional strength after I blew out my knee (rehab is boring) and to complement sparring work for endurance training. Two+ years on, my lower body has never been stronger. Charles has a virtually encyclopedic knowledge about training your body. I still learn something new every week. And the culture is positive, supportive and free of judgement.
Absolutely love this place! The team is amazing, and the environment is so positive and motivating. Everyone is incredibly kind, and the coaches really push you to explore your full potential. I’ve been here for less than a week, and I’m already in love
***UPDATED REVIEW*** Just wanted to share an update after my last review. I had a weird experience before, mainly around how the manager handled things—there was definitely a lack of emotional awareness and some unpredictable behavior that made it hard to feel comfortable. That said, the owner, Charles, personally reached out to me, and I really appreciated his kindness and willingness to listen.
