Went here today for my first time and everyone was great. Girls behind the counter were very friendly and the Dr was fantastic. Did I have to wait? Of course, it's an urgent care what do you expect.
went to this clinic today they were professional and helpfulit was clean if I have to go see a doctor I'll go back there.
I’m honestly confused with why the clinic has such a bad rating but after reading some of the reviews it’s more just people being annoyed that it’s busy???? Like what?? lol. My advice is go early if you don’t have an appointment which I guess only some doctors can get for you (not sure how that works) But if you aim to be there at 4:45/4:50pm there won’t be much of a line. Always a positive experience. Reception staff pleasant. Organized. Waiting time is reasonable considering the volume. Physicians accurate and friendly.
