I couldn't be happier with the work Jeff did. He detailed cleaned my 24 year-old gas log. The log was way overdue for a complete cleaning. Jeff made this log look brand new. He was efficient and meticulous and left everything spotless. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone.
Jeff, who was clearly knowledgeable and competent, cleaned and inspected my 15-year-old gas-log fireplace, addressed my questions and concerns, and left me convinced that he's the guy to call back if and when it needs service again.

Jeff came to my house and spent 2 1/2 hours looking for what appeared to be a spider web problem. He said all the tubes were clear and charged me $500 for his time (all labor) even though the fireplace still did not work. He told me he would have to come back and replace the valve which was $200 part and I would have to pay for his additional time. Jeff was very knowledgeable and professional. My gas fireplace has never looked this good! He was very thorough with the cleaning - I was very impressed. He also recommended a part so I can now adjust the speed of the fan. In the past I would have to turn the fan off because it was so loud. I will definitely use his services again. Highly recommend!

Jeff from CKB Fireplaces encouraged me to keep my current gas fireplace starter rather than replacing it with a more expensive starter which he would install. Background: I moved into my new residence 3 months prior and was afraid of using the gas fireplace because I felt it was unsafe and I'm afraid of gas!!!!
