I traveled an hour for this appointment, only to have it unexpectedly delayed by 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service I received. Nail polish was left on my skin, and despite my efforts to scrub it off, it's still visible. Throughout the appointment, she seemed rushed, trying to finish my service quickly so she could move on to other clients. I'm dissatisfied with the shape and the lines of my French tips.
