We recently had our roof, gutters and siding replaced on our 83-unit senior apartment building, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our property. They did an excellent job for us. We had siding that had been ravaged by woodpeckers and garage doors with rotting wood by the garage doors. Both walls were resided with Hardie board that blends seamlessly with the siding on the rest of the house. Excellent service, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards. Will 💯 call again if the need arises.
I had a full roof replacement done by C.K. Roofing & Construction, Inc. and I am so happy with my new roof. Charles offered a great price for high quality shingles that included an excellent warranty. He's an honest, professional person with great communication skills and aims to please his customers. If you wanna know who is best , read this review. After a major storm in Bemidji in June 2025, I didn't know what I was going to do. I had major damage on my roof. One of my friends recommended me to call Jeff at CK Roofing. Jeff took care of everything from talking with my mortgage company, the adjusters and insurance companies. In 10 days, I had a new roof over my head and I bet I was one of the first in town to be helped after the storm.
