Tai is by far the most knowledgeable, responsive and affordable plumber that I have worked with. I first worked with Tai to help replace a couple of kitchen faucets and saw how efficient, clean and punctual he was. CK was a very straight forward guy. He quickly responded to my messages and came over to take a look. Price is not the lowest but competitive and he really worked hard on our old 70 yr old house sewer which I don't know if it's ever been cleaned. Thank you so much! Update : Also had Tai replace the PRV. Pressure around the house is now excellent! Price for snaking the sink was $185 Price for PRV replacement was $550
They failed to pull permit for me and now SJ city may fine me!!! Plus, if I need them to redo some things due to the City inspector's orders, I don't know that they will. I hope so!
