The technician did not check the fan and the chemical he used to clean the glass had a very strong odor which took a long time to dissipate.
technician O'Neil came over to look at both my furnace and hot water heater as an annual review and located a problem with my water heater. he was able to fix it in both a timely and efficient manner. he was knowledgeable and polite. i would not hesitate to call ck mechanical again.
