Poor results and follow through.
I have been working with CK Lawn & Landscape for about six years and have been very satisfied with the quality of the work the responsiveness of management, the friendliness and professionalism of the work crews (and the stability and the value for money. They are also always willing to be there for the unexpected--removing broken or fallen tree limbs, for example, and other things that would otherwise be hard for me to manage--that are outside of our lawn service agreement.
CK installed a paver patio for us. We are very happy with the patio and the great follow up by the owner Chris. The crew worked meticulously to make sure the patio was exactly what I wanted. The crew was friendly and respectful of our property.
