Please do yourself a favors a go look at Deerfield in Tyler off of Sandflat behind Santa Land if you plan on buying a property developed by CK Jones. The absolute worst development you will come across from drainage and silt. Developed cheaply to make the most profit and kicking the problem to the next guy. They will tell you it’s the builders fault. Although I have a close friend that is a home builder in Tyler that came to look at DeerField and said the reason he didn’t buy any lots is because of the development they had.
