We called this company yesterday, at my age, 70, I got frustrated with AI trying to help. I hung up. They saw my number and called, had their service man Taylor here today, very nice young man. They will be here in the morning with a new system. We are impressed with this company. Can’t go wrong calling CK Home comfort/ I should point out our current heat pump is 23 years old. Very happy.
