If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. She over talks and is very argumentative for no reason. I scheduled a service to be done at my home. When scheduling the service, I gave a different lady a list of everything that needed to be done. I then asked her if there would still be a service fee seeing that I just needed the list of things I listed off done, which was pretty lengthy. She said no as long as I get all the work done.
