I took my dress to CK Elegant Women’s Alterations to redo the bustle, after Parks Alterations did not meet my expectations. What a wonderful experience, he took his time to explain everything down to the minimal detail. He was very detailed and guided me through the process on how to bustle my daughter’s wedding dress. I would definitely recommend CK WOMEN’S ALTERATIONS. His attention to detail, professionalism and kindness set for a pleasant experience!
I did not have a good experience. I took my wedding dress to them and after 6 months of waiting for it to be completed I ended up taking it elsewhere due to multiple mistakes made on the dress along with mistakes in my appointment date. They also wanted to charge me close to $600 for just a bustle. I ended up taking it to the Cinderella cellar where I was only charged $220.
We are so happy with my dress turned out beautifully and promptly on time. Will be coming back in the future. Thank you so much.
