Very poor interaction with reception. All I wanted was a basic skin cancer check. She said my insurance was not active. Incorrect. I was just on my phone to my insurance AND its been accessed by multiple medical offices (including Enloe) this year with no issues. Whoever is providing their insurance info is obviously providing a very poor service and that reflects badly on the professionalism of the office as a whole. I mean if they can't get insurance info correct, should I trust a cancer check from them?

They took my information. Insurance cards. They pushed me through before I could finish the paperwork. The PA did a 5 minute look, talked a mile a minute and then asked me if I had any questions. I had to sit in the waiting room another 19 minutes filling out the paperwork. The PA prescribed a medication that I can not afford $300/mo and they call me back 2 weeks later for information on my insurance, which they already had. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!! FACTORY DOCTORING. GOING FOR THE BUCKS, DON'T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS.
