Best bridal shop in Pittsburgh Do yourself a favor and make an appointment to visit CK Bridal Boutique! I purchased my wedding gown and my bridesmaids purchased their gowns there as well. They have a great selection for being a quaint shop. Their customer service is the best in Pittsburgh and their attention to detail is the best.
Customer is always right...yeah right! Appearance of the store is just ok. Nothing great. Salesperson is nice. Seamstress has the best customer service- extremely nice...probably to make up for the owner (or manager not sure). She is rude and has no concept of customer service "customer is always right" is not a concept she is familiar with whatsoever. She argued w/ our bridesmaids about trivial things and was not welcoming or helpful. Overall, I would save yourself the trouble and go to a higher-end store.
Wondeful Place to buy your dress I'm so glad I'm getting my wedding dress here the staff was wonderful, the owner even drove in from home on her day off when I showed up to order my dress without an appointment! There prices are reasonable especially for alterations! I would recommend to anyone to go there! Never really know if/when they are there ... Trying to get in contact with someone there is difficult. Thankfully, I'm not a bride buying my dress(es) there, but I won't once I become one. There is no voice message on the phone, indicating hours or whether they are even in. Not recommended.
Professional and Caring We heard about CK Bridals through word of mouth and are so thankful to have found Connie, her mom and her wonderful staff. Her shop was our first stop in the search for my daughter's wedding gown, and my mother of the bride gown. Because of the wonderful professional service we received it ended up being our only stop. Best Bridal store in Western Pennsylvania -- CK Bridal Boutique CK Bridal Boutique was my last stop after a very frustrating shopping experience. I am so glad that I stopped at this store. The selection was wonderful. I could look, touch and even select what gowns I wanted to try on. Not like the previous stores I visited.
