Our A/C unit had stopped working. Michael was able to figure out what was wrong, and unfortunately, it's going to require a replacement. He explained the options and the pricing and C&K quickly set up a suitable time to get it replaced. The price was reasonable, the service top-notch. Would highly recommend this company.
great response rate, efficient, and knowledgable
Fantastic job! Showed up with an entire crew to replace my 28 year old central HVAC system. The guys were polite, knowledgeable, and hardworking. On top of that, they put a portable AC unit in a room for my animals while they worked on the unit. Great price, people at the office are friendly, and technicians were super! Definitely recommend.
C&K has been our folks for ever. Best in the business. Always there when we need them.
Unfortunately, as the summer began, we were having intermittent problems with our upstairs unit. C&K continued to evaluate the unit until the exact cause of the problem was pinpointed. A new control board and harness had to be ordered from the factory. It was installed quickly once it was delivered. I really appreciated the service we received both from the C&K Office and the technicians Michael, who was very persistent, and James as well. I will continue to recommend this company to friends.
