Am old and disabled-the owner and employees have been such a blessing in helping me and their prices are affordable! They are so respectful and compassionate at their career. Thank you all for always helping me. Addendum, Since I cannot get up the stairs after hip surgery, I wasn't able to see the installation. WELL! Let me tell you I've had nothing but damage to my ceiling and heating unit. Also they will not contact me to take care of this debacle...
We have used C&K for ten years and have always received excellent service. This morning we woke to a 50 degree house. We received a callback as soon as they opened , and JJ came out within the hour. JJ has been servicing this unit twice annually for ten years and knew immediately what the issue was. Even after the issue was resolved, he stayed to monitor it until he was satisfied with the fix. Thank you so much!!!
Was experiencing heating problems., Help arrived within 4 hours. Tech was Jeff and he did a great job. Was patient and thorough explaining what was wrong and solutions. Back in business now. Thanks again.
Our heat quit working on a Friday. JJ came out at 8AM Saturday morning and had us back up and running in an hour. The staff we spoke to on the phone was professional and prompt calling us back with an appointment. JJ was timely and professional. I highly recommend C & K
