Do not use ********************** for your home's new roof. I learned too late that they had not followed *** (shingle manufacturer) instructions on how to lay the shingles and even worse, they did not nail the shingles properly. My roof is only 6 years old and I have one area that is leaking and two areas where shingles have come loose. My apologies for the misunderstanding. As we explained before. If the roof was installed incorrectly, you would have over 3,000 shingles fall off a week or a month right after installation, not three shingles after a high wind storm three years snd two shingles after a severe hail storm five years later. The previous owner of my 50+ year old house had a new roof improperly installed over the original roof. The resulting leaks caused damage to my rafters and decking. Carlos and his guys worked hard to peel off both layers of the old roof, replace the damaged wood, and install the new roof in just two and a half days.
