CJ's Jewelery has been a long time go-to for me. I've purchased 2 pieces of jewelry from them, 1 of which was custom made - a ring that I wear every day and have received more compliments over this ring than anything I wear. They are always so helpful from cleaning jewelry, answering questions for me when I walk in to "bother" them. But they never ever act like I'm a bother. My wife and I buy from CJ'S and have always been treated in a personable and professional manner. I took a watched I received for Christmas online and they sized it and put the extra links in a small box for keeping. at no charge. I personally like bling and they have it. Our favorite jewelers...
My husband and I shopped for a wedding set at several jewelers before finding CJs. The other well known places had specially cut diamonds that were exclusive to their stores and apparently made them worth several thousand more. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful ring with twice the diamond at less than half the cost of those found at the well known stores. I went to have a ring sized, and told them going in that I had no idea what kind of metal it was made of (I bought it as Swarovski), but all I knew was that it had crystals, not diamonds. The man who helped me told me the band might show a little, but it shouldn't be too bad (as he thought it was Sterling Silver). When I got the ring back, it was completely ruined. the first time I ever took my jewelery to a jeweler for repair and they didn't clean it. disappointing to say the least.
I have shopped CJ's for many years. The young gentleman, DJ, has always been extremely helpful and informative. I don't think the girl Jolina works there anymore, which is probably for the best. Don, the owner has always been friendly. They do all of my jewelry work, watch work, DJ has even fixed several pairs of glasses for me at no charge. Please don't let one bad review on here deter you! They are a wonderful family buisness that have been around for over 30 years, so they must be doing something right.
I too have shopped at CJ's for many many years. Jo Linda has helped me more times than anyone else. She is amazing, and always took her time to explain anything to me. But the last time I was in there a young guy helped me and he was very short with me and treated me like I was stupid. Jo Lina always gave me a good deal, and treated me with respect. I also saw the owner CJ and a petite woman drinking, what looked like cocktails, and CJ seemed very upset and was cursing. I don't think I'll be back.
My wife and I have been customers of CJ's for 31 years. Our parents used CJ's for custom jewelry and wedding sets prior to us. Now all three of my kids as well as their significant others have used CJ's. They have always been honest and forthright as well as providing us with superior quality and service. CJ's has the best quality product for the best prices in town. A family owned and operated store for over 35 years. WOW! I was super impressed. I had my wedding ring CUSTOM MADE here and it could not be more perfect! The staff was super friendly, and I felt right at home.
