Just listen to all the other comments. They sent over a crackhed and a 70 year old man to deliver a 400lb washer/dryer unit. They ended up putting holes in my walls and when I called to complain they said they weren't responsible. I am just going to deal with the credit card company and have them reverse the charge. Anyone reading this should just spend the extra couple hundred dollars and go somewhere else.
I will never purchase anything from this business.Very poor customer service skills but very quick to take your money. I purchase a washing machine from here and been waiting for 4 weeks for a repairman to come out. At first my warranty wasn't good because somebody don't know how to count 90 days.So I show them the warranty is still good and still no repair. I want to rate this place is 0 for poor appliances, poor customer services. This store sells trashed appliances which last 1 to 2 months. When I called them to fix my washer, I have to wait in 3 months. Once they came out, took a look and said they this machine can't be fixed and charge $60 for labor. Called to Mike (the manager), he said he had nothing to do with it. Mike and Carol (the owner) have no responsibilities with what they sold. this place was pretty good when it first opened but it has drastically gone down hill. the price you pay for the food that should be served at a fast-food place is insane.
My washer,dryer, refrigorator, and stove lasted for 5 years and still going strong. In fact I have purchased several appliances from the shop at 6232 Eastern Avenue in the pass few years and had no problems with thier employees. And will continue to use this company and refer others.
Never use these shady people! My husband and I purchased several things from this store over the last few years, but each new experience has been worse than the last. They missed our service appointment FIVE times!! Even though they had been back to fix the dryer for the same thing three times, I was then forced to buy a new dryer from them.
