Shad came out and replaced our tankless hot water heater that was still under warranty and checked a toilet and sink faucet for us. He is always so polite and gets the work done with minimal inconvenience as possible.
Shad was extremely professional, courteous and reliable. He went out of his way to take care of us after hours and even took the time to explain the issue and how he fixed it, very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to any homeowner or contractor.
Clogged sink. Did the normal stuff, Drain O , plunger, 25’ auger with no success. Getting concerned since it’s slab foundation. Called them on the advice of a family member who’s a local builder. Shad text his ETA arrived on time. Had commercial auger, straight to the job. Fixed in short order. All expectations exceeded!
Shad was very nice and made the appointment for Oscar to come out for our repair quickly. They had me back up and running before I even knew it.
