Whoever drives the company van from Lexington to Winston-Salem around 4–5 PM needs to learn how to drive. This is peak traffic hour, and sitting in the left lane doing 67–70 mph while matching the speed of the vehicle in the right lane so no one can pass is frustrating, unsafe, and backs up traffic for everyone behind you. If you own the company, please address it before it causes an accident. The left lane is for passing…not pacing traffic.

Shad came out and replaced our tankless hot water heater that was still under warranty and checked a toilet and sink faucet for us. He is always so polite and gets the work done with minimal inconvenience as possible.
