Most of my transactions were good with this firm. The last one included a price reduction addendum that was never discussed but was slipped into the paper work. Really exasperating. I would suggest a detailed review of everything with an attorney and don’t let anyone pressure you for signatures before that.
Mr. Harris was my realtor for two purchases in 2015 and 2016. I will use him again in the future and highly recommend him.
The “owner” Chris Harris was awful my whole experience with this company was tremendously terriful. I wish I went with barker and I hope you do to.
