Knowledgeable staff. Decent prices. Very busy makes it hard to get an appointment sometimes
If there was option of minus 5 stars, I would have chosen that I visited this shop today. The lady at reception is very RUDE, ARROGANT and appears to be RACIST. She told me the shop is very busy and no appointments till August and said that she only have one Mechanic. Great Mechanic loaded with knowledge. Would recommend anyone with a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler to use this business.
Paul and Lesley were fantastic. We had an issue with our car that another mechanic couldn't diagnose, and they managed to fix it without any problems. After that, we needed a headrest to pass the RWC and were struggling to find one anywhere online. We were quite desperate, so we went back to their shop for advice. Not only did they guide us on what else needed to be done, but they went above and beyond to help.
