I have two units near ASU in Tempe and the A/C wasn't working. A friend of mine recommended Cornell. Cornell knows what he's doing and beat the big companies in price by a lot. The big companies were trying to get us to buy 2 new units at a 200% mark up. Cornell got the units working perfect. He also did a clean up on the units that made them more efficient. Cornell is now my go to AC guy. It helps he's friendly person and a good all around guy. He's the best in AZ!
Cornell is a great guy. He is very professional and proficient at his job. He installed a new wet section on my evaporative cooler and did a great job. Also did a service on my AC unit. He arrives on time and treats you fairly. I highly recommend using this company

Cornell is amazing!! I’ve referred so many of my friends and family. We heard a loud sound coming from the ac unit. We had a veteran owned and run company come out and say we needed a new ac unit, and if don’t act now, the prices will increase in the summer, it was June at that point. Had a second opinion, they took pictures, went over the diagnostic readings… but same conclusion, we need a new ac unit. Cornell at CJB Comfort has worked on many ACs for us, at our home and at rentals we have managed. He is always professional and concerned that we are not overcharged. We can trust that if a little fix will help, he is not going to tell us that we need a new AC! He is so friendly and trustworthy. I would never use anyone else!
