I was planning to get my medical test done for immigration purposes, and I called to book an appointment. The girl who answered my call was absolutely fantastic! I wanted to get my medical done as soon as possible, but the earliest dates she had were at the end of November. I have done my medical examination with Dr. Ogbuneke. It's rare to find a doctor who provides outstanding medical care. The staff was also equally kind and efficient. A million thanks to the Dr. and his team.
This was my first visit to CJay Medicals and I had a very positive experience. The receptionist was very polite and helpful and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ogbuneke and the team were professional, kind and listened to all my concerns patiently. The clinic is clean, well-organized and I felt at ease throughout my appointment. I am happy with the care and would recommend CJay Medicals to anyone in Sudbury.
Dr Ogbuneke refused to provide me with a cost breakdown for my medical files (91$ for electronic copy is outrageous). When I kept pushing the matter he called the police on me. The police told him that I am not harassing him… only at that point did he send me my files - for free! I was happy to pay a reasonable price.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
