Our HOA had C&J Pressure Washing come out to clean our car parking spots. In particular we had a resident's car that had been leaking oil for some time. You cannot take oil fully out of concrete, but C&J Pressure Washing did an amazing job and the stain has faded significantly. There price was affordable. They were on time. They were easy to work with, and they delivered what they said they would. We will definitely be calling them back. I highly recommend them.
Colossal 2 weeks of wasted time and energy. After agreeing on the first call that the owner of the property would be paying by credit card, they decided this was not OK on the morning of the [their 2nd re-scheduled] appointment. They explained that morning that they had concerns over the property owner paying by credit card over the phone and even after the tenant agrees to pay with their own credit card, the tenant was stood up [this vendor went silent] on the day of the appointment with no notice/cancellation.
I recommend C&J pressure washing. I spoke to Jose the owner, who answered on my first call, on Thursday. I told him I needed the exterior of my house pressure washed ASAP as I was a party the following week and it was a mess. He put me on the schedule for Monday. He did a great job.
