Ordered this on 12-13 for a Christmas gift and shipping label was created on 12-14 however the part never went to post office until 12-25. Today is 12-26 and it’s still in PA. that’s 12 days that it has not shipped. Very disappointed that the item did not arrive in time for Christmas. It’s funny though that I ordered other parts from a competitor 2 days after I placed this order and they already arrived and have been installed on the Jeep. I won’t be ordering from here again.
I ordered a wheel package from them, not only the price was deceiving (it posted that the price was $790 for the set of wheels and tires, I specifically called in to confirm if it was true and was told YES.) After purchase, I was told that it's only for rims, and of course, had to pay more to get the tires now... totaling to $1200 now Then they told me it was on the backorder, and I had to wait, I waited for a month if not more, then I was calling in every 2-3 days to check on it, and every time I had a different answer from... read more
Now I had to give 5 stars to post my comment. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE, I ORDERED COIL PACKS ON 11/21/2017 AND IT IS 12/12/2017 I HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED MY ORDER, LET ME EXPLAIN. I checked on my order after the first 2 weeks and was told "It hasn't shipped quite yet", so I called the manufacturer, MSD, I talked to someone in charge and he told me they had plenty of parts and no order from CJ Pony, he gave me his number and told me to contact the parts supplier then call him back if I had any problems. Worst experience ever. The customer service is an absolute joke. These people think they are doing you a favor by selling you overpriced mustang parts. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
