I wish all experiences with service technicians were like that experienced with Chuck . Pleasant, professional, problem solver, Jacuzzi hot tub expert, right down to his uniform. Contrast that to a local Jacuzzi hot tub dealer/ service provider who I called and left messages 3 times and no call back. Thanks Chuck!
Justin was great. He was able to add me to his schedule. Arrived on time and provide great information and service.
I hate to leave a bad review but I paid this company over $500 for two visits and they did not fix my leaking hot tub. As nice as the gentleman was he told me he had fixed all that he could and the rest was not reachable. He suggested that I buy fix a leak to resolve the issue. Spent more money on that, did not work. Months later thinking my hot tub was garbage I went to the dealer to purchase a new one and was told given the 6 year age it was likely fixable.
