Dr. Kiel is so amazing. My cat Misty was sick over the weekend to the point where she had stopped eating. So I reluctantly called the vet clinic on Sunday thinking that I would get the answering machine, well I got Dr. Kiel. He asked me what was wrong he could see that I was worried about my cat Misty. So he said that he would meet us down at the clinic. He diagnosed her and gave me meds to give to her. Great service, Dr. Chris is great. Staff is always helpful also.
Best vet ever! Took more time than I ever expected! My dog has been there twice for serious health issues and both times I received above and beyond attention! Made sure I understood how to care for my dog when I got home. Clinic was busy but I was never made to feel unimportant! I felt my dog was # 1 and not hurried. Even though I got bad news I left feeling as if they would be there every step of the way! I can't say enough about the amazing care we received and the reasonable rates!
