Astonishing that this outfit got any contract from the government based on first impressions. Then again, government doesn't care about the public experience, only the bottom line. So I assume they come cheap. The one woman who answers the phone (and there are not other public phone numbers) presents as extremely arrogant such that it is very unpleasant dealing with her (when she does answer). if I could give them 0 star I would. They never ever answer calls or return messages . One can call for weeks . Awful communication
If I could, I would give zero star. You can ask about one of their listings, and if they decide to reply, they will ask you many personal details without a reason. Impossible to talk by phone. Once, I went to see one of their listing at the time they scheduled but they didn't show up.
My experience is the same as all the other negative comments. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. There's nothing about them I trust or believe.
